Just a little update from me...

If you've messaged me and I'm taking longer than usual to reply, I promise I'm not ignoring you. My Messenger notifications seem to have packed their bags and gone on holiday, so I'm not seeing everything come through. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

To top it all off, I've spent most of this week asleep thanks to a lovely bout of tonsillitis. Safe to say it's absolutely wiped me out and I feel like I've been hit by a bus.

Meanwhile, Mini Adam is STILL stood there exactly where I left him on Monday... completely useless. Not a single Lucozade delivered, not one packet of ibuprofen, not even a sympathy brew. Honestly, what's the point? ๐Ÿ˜‚

I'm itching to get back up the Thread Shed. Never thought I'd say I actually miss the sound of the embroidery machines stitching away, but I really do. Fingers crossed I'm back to my normal self very soon. ๐Ÿคž

I absolutely LOVE handmade gifts from the little ones. โค๏ธ
But when my son proudly handed me this Father's Day card he'd made for his dad... I nearly choked on my tea. ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ™ˆ
At a very quick glance, I was convinced the first line said "Best Wa**er" instead of "Best Worker." ๐Ÿ’€๐Ÿ˜‚
Safe to say I had to do a double take... and then couldn't stop laughing.
Kids' handwriting is either the sweetest thing ever... or the quickest way to give your parents a mini heart attack. ๐Ÿคฃ

I've been putting this off because I hate saying no... but I need to set a boundary.

From today, I will no longer be creating free mock ups on request.

Over the last few months I've spent hours doing things like...

"Can you move it up?"
"Can you make it bigger?"
"Try another colour."
"Actually can we see a different garment?"
"What about this font?"
"Can you just do one more?"

Before you know it, an hour has disappeared... and sometimes I never hear from the person again.

Mock ups aren't just a quick click of a button. They take time, and every minute I'm creating free designs is a minute I'm not stitching orders, replying to genuine enquiries, doing admin or getting your workwear out the door.

I completely understand wanting to see how your logo will look, and I'm still happy to provide a preview once your order has been placed so you can check you're happy before production begins.

This isn't about being awkward or unhelpful. It's about protecting my time so I can give the best possible service to the customers who have trusted me with their orders.

Thank you to everyone who understands and continues to support my little business. It genuinely means the world. ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ–ค
