On the 16th we are welcoming Christine Green, a multi talented designer, tutor, stitcher, patch worker, paper cutter and cat lover! Something for everyone I think!

Time for the March talk, the evenings are getting lighter so we can begin to leave our home for new textile adventures haha!
This month we are welcoming Yvonne Bell, a local silk painting artist from Deanshanger. But she paints cloths and vestments that travel all over the world. Such bold joyous designs, just what we need for spring.

This Thursday the 19th, 7.15 for a 7.30 start, bring your own mug!

Welcome This is the official first post for our new name….

MK Textile & Stitch!

Textile and stitch opens up our profile to a wider range of textile interests we felt, it’s not all about the embroidery!
We are delighted to welcome Emily Notman as our first speaker (ironically, who is all about embroidery!) The textures and details she creates are far from ordinary, quite beautiful.

So it’s the same friendly faces, same comfortable venue and the same fabulous range of activities and speakers.

We hope you will join us.
