I’ve had lots of messages for hats this year and I’m so sorry girls, but after moving house I haven’t yet set up my new showroom for Ruby Rose. All being well it will be ready in time for the summer racing and wedding season. 👒

We also do a watsapp service where you can send us a photo of your outfit and we will send you hat options to match. ☎️

And if you can’t get to us, don’t panic as we also offer a delivery service. 📦

We absolutely love seeing your photos from events, but we don’t like seeing people wearing our head pieces that have not rented that head piece from us!

Can we remind clients that under no circumstances are you to loan your rental to a third party to wear during your hire period. If we see this happening, we will charge you the hire price twice on return.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to remind you all of our Terms & Conditions for hire here at Ruby Rose.

Those of you who come to our showroom for bookings will be aware of our form you all sign when making a booking, which confirms you agree to the terms of hire. Those of you who order online however may not. We will now be forwarding a copy of these Terms & Conditions to every online booking, which will be agreed by you before making your payment.

There have been a few breaches in these terms recently and they are in place to ensure that Ruby Rose Hat Hire runs smoothly and in a fair manner.
