Do you worry about negativity and thoughts impacting your daughters day?
Each month we add a positive affirmation in The Little Hairstyle Club gift box to share with your daughter. This month it is 'I'm not scared of new experiences'.
Did you know that excitement and nervousness present in the same way in the body but it's your brain that tells you if it's anxiety or excitement?
Taking some slow breaths together and counting to 5 while you both breathe in and again when you breathe out can really help calm those feelings.
You can talk about it while you are trying out the included hairstyle tutorial.
We start you off with some talking points about the positive affirmation to get you going.
You could attach it to the fridge so it's within reach or even put it on her bedroom wall and repeat the affirmation as often as you like.

The hairstyle tutorial this month was called 'Diamond Girl' and so I put together some sparkly star accessories to go with it. They were really popular and so cute 😍
Halloween is just around the corner and the accessories are on the darker side with skulls, bats and witches hats. 🦇👻
