🌱 Eco-friendly & Sustainable Practices - we don’t use any packaging on our products, they come as you see them, minimising waste. Even our packaging materials are recycled.
🧵 Quality Over Profit - we prioritise durability and safety over cheap mass production. We test our product durability and we are honest about its limitations (e.g., not chew-proof)
🐾 Respect for All fur babies - we don’t leave any fur baby out. Yes we have specific sizes but we can custom make any of our products. We love every pup or kitty!
🤝 Honesty & Transparency - honesty is the best policy and I feel we provide clear sizing guides and accurate descriptions. Handle customer issues with fairness and care, and appropriately price our products for all.
📣 Responsible Marketing - we love to show fur babies in their healthy natural light. As a vet nurse I love the fluffy creatures and would never encourage neglect, abuse, or unsafe trends.
🐈 Human–Animal Bond - they teach us unconditional love, and giving them products like ours strengthens that bond between fur baby and their human.
