Funki Scarves

Funki Scarves Funki Scarves is a new venture, selling hand knitted scarves. At the moment it is very small and jus Hand knitted scarves.

Loopy, pom pom and mesh scarves, hand knitted in Cumbria. These scarves made lovely gifts and can be knitted in a wide variety of wools and colours. Also described as frilly, flouncey, salsa, ruffle, rio, mesh and twisted scarves.

I haven't been on this page for ages and I thought it was time to tell everyone what I have been doing. I have been knitting new things (photos soon) including cushions, hats and teddies.

I have also been to 3 of the Moor Made craft fairs, which I enjoyed but weren't very productive for me.

I am now concentrating on knitting up all the wool I have (rather a lot) into scarves, teddies, cushion covers and maybe other things too.

I am planning to be at the Moor Made Craft Fairs again for September onwards.

If you want anything as a present or for yourself, please, just contact me through facebook as a private message or just ask me when you see me.

My prices are reasonable, mostly, just the cost of the wool plus 1 or 2 pounds for me. This is just something to fill my time in, especially when I feel a bit down. The thought of making something pretty makes me feel a bit better, even if, it takes me ages to finish things.

New scarves available soon at Lowe's Court, Egremont. Some lovely, light, frilly pastel shades that are perfect for Spring... Mother`s Day, Easter or Birthday presents or why not just treat yourself to something pretty.

One of my scarves was purchased and sent to America as a Christmas present. It was worn on New Years Eve in Chicago.

Just a small update to say that Funki Scarves has some commissions for Christmas ALREADY. Also is quietly building up stock for sales in the festive season.
