So, today, I did a thing…

I rejoined my local ladies’ gym, Vic Fit 🙌

And I’m so glad I did! It was the first time in a long while that I’ve properly exercised, and I did struggle a little, BUT I did it 🎉

Trying to be in my sensible era, I listened to my body and stopped before I pushed too far.

(I’ve subsequently been hypo for an hour this afternoon 🙄, but that’s not going to stop me. I’ll keep listening, keep checking in, and adjust accordingly 👍)

Everyone seems to be carrying a lot. The cost of everything is up, people are working harder than ever and even the simplest things can feel overwhelming some days.
