Day 3 of hosted by marvellous Matt A Load Of Old Tat Vintage 5th - 9th October and today it’s all about my favourite colour gorgeous green 💚

Plus it’s also hosted by the fabulous Jane Elsie 🌸 with today’s theme being ‘Colour vintage’.

If you’re looking for a less busy and more subtle coloured welsh blanket then this could be the one for you. Although I’ve not seen this colour way or pattern before I love the simplicity of it and it’s calming colours. Unfortunately with no label attached my research has drawn a blank as to which mill in Wales it originates from and I haven’t been able to find another like it online.

It covers the top of a double bed with just a little hanging over the sides and it’s in beautiful condition. No fringes just four neat edges.

Today is all about orange and yellow (mostly orange from me!)🧡💛

The blanket is a recent find and I think it’s my favourite blanket to date! The colours are so vibrant plus it was made by the Holytex Mill in Holywell, North Wales so local to me and quite a rare find! Definitely a hard one to part with.
