Planning on watching the eclipse? 🌒☀️

Don’t forget to protect your eyes!

Looking directly at the sun, even during an eclipse, can cause serious and permanent damage to your eyesight. Your everyday sunglasses aren’t enough either, no matter how dark the lenses might be.

If you’re planning to watch, make sure you’re using proper certified eclipse glasses or an approved solar viewer designed specifically for looking at the sun.

And if you wear prescription glasses, your eclipse glasses should be worn over the top of them, not instead of them.

Enjoy the view, take plenty of photos, but make sure your eyes are properly protected. 👓
