GOORIN CAPS AND BEANIES

Goorin Bros. started in 1895 with Cassel Goorin selling hats from a horse-drawn cart in Pittsburgh, focusing on American craftsmanship and evolving through generations to include fedoras and iconic animal-patch trucker caps (The Farm), becoming a global brand known for blending tradition with trendy, playful designs and iconic looks seen on celebrities.

Early Days & Family Legacy (1895-1940s)

Founding: Cassel Goorin, a milliner with a family hat-making background, began selling hats from a cart in Pittsburgh in 1895, establishing a tradition of quality.

Family Growth: His sons, Alfred and Ted, joined, expanding the brand and moving headquarters to California in the 1940s, a strategic move for growth. 

The Rise of the Trucker & "The Farm" (1990s-Present) 

Trucker Cap Adoption: Goorin Bros. embraced the trucker cap, initially a workwear item, producing them in many styles.

"The Farm" Collection: In the late 90s, they launched "The Farm," featuring iconic animal patches (rooster, wolf, bear) on truckers, linking to the cap's blue-collar roots and transforming it into a fashion statement. 

Modern Era

Global Icon: Today, run by the fourth generation, Goorin Bros. combines its historical craftsmanship with modern trends, offering various styles like fedoras, beanies, and The Farm collection.

Pop Culture: The brand gained significant fame as celebrities and characters (like Walter White's "Heisenberg" hat) wore their designs, making them a global phenomenon.
