Good seedling production is key to better vegetable production. Here at -Kt GH, we explore various means of seedling production that is more efficient and sustainable for adoption by smallholder farmers.
Methods of Seedling Production includes!!!!
1. Use of seed tray
2. Use of ground nursery
3. Use of leaves such as mango and banana leaves (leave pot)

Advantages of leave pot.
1. The material is locally available
2. It is cheaper as compared to seed trays
3. The root zone is not disturbed during transplanting
4. Leaves serves as organic fertilizer.
