HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME !!
As I stand on the threshold of another year,
I pause not just to celebrate, but to reflect.
This past year has not been light. It has stretched me, humbled me, refined me. I have known joy that made me glow and moments that quietly broke me. I have lost, I have learned, I have loved sometimes bravely, sometimes cautiously but always sincerely.
I have discovered that strength is not loud. It is waking up when you don’t feel like it. It is building when no one is clapping. It is choosing softness in a world that rewards hardness.
Today, I honor the woman I am becoming.
I honor the tears I wiped in private.
I honor the risks I took in faith.
I honor the boundaries I learned to set.
I honor the dreams that refused to die inside me.
I am not the same person I was a year ago and that is a blessing.
May this new year bring clarity where there was confusion, peace where there was unrest, abundance where there was lack, and love the kind that feels safe and steady.
May I continue to evolve without losing my essence.
May I build without breaking myself.
May I shine without shrinking.
