Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of race, s*x, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status.
Human rights include
-the right to life and liberty
- freedom from slavery and torture
-freedom of opinion and expression
-the right to work and education
-and many more.
Many women, around the world,are denied these basics rights.
These are 5 VIOLATIONS AGAINST WOMEN’S RIGHTS
1️⃣ Workplace Inequalities Around the World.
2️⃣Skewed Gender Ratios
A favorable push of male-to-female in some countries has resulted in unbalanced gender ratio problems, where some female babies can be killed or left abandoned.
3️⃣Violence
one in every three women is likely to be “beaten, coerced into s*x or otherwise abused in her lifetime.”
4️⃣Marriage and Divorce
Every year 12 million girls are married before they turn 18.In some countries,it is against the law for a woman to leave the house without her husband’s permission.
5️⃣Education
Women currently make up two-thirds of the world’s illiterate adults.
6️⃣ Human trafficking
The 2016 Report on Human Trafficking showed that 71% of all trafficking victims worldwide are women and girls. 75%of trafficked women and girls are trafficked for s*xual slavery.
