FROM MONDAY TO TUESDAY – A DELIVERY STORY YOU NEED TO READ 😳.

On Monday, a customer in Koforidua ordered 2 pairs of sneakers around 4:30pm.

We sent the package through a station driver and shared all details with him.

Later that night around 9pm, he called—his package was not with the driver.

We asked him to wait for the next car… still nothing 💔
At this point, he thought we were scammers.

But we didn’t stop there.

On Tuesday morning, we went straight to the station to investigate…

And guess what? The station master NEVER gave the package to the driver.

So the driver the customer was tracking didn’t even have the item.

We immediately called the customer to explain, and he asked us to resend the package.

✅ Package is safe
✅ Issue found
✅ Redelivery in progress

We don’t run from problems—we solve them.
