The green graphic element is a depiction of the surface of the pool. This was inspired by the wealthy household with facilities like pools within the house quarters. The Adinkra symbol in the middle means wealthy and the gold color exaggerates that once more.

The connected house-shaped graphic elements are arranged in a pattern form. 🏠
The pattern was inspired from the wood board houses on the streets of Ghana. The gold grains represent the unpaved sandy roads in Ghana.
Also the windows and doors shown as Adinkra symbols strengthen the connection to the subject of Ghana-housing.

연결된 집 모양의 그래픽 요소가 패턴 형태로 배열되어 있다. 이 패턴은 가나 거리의 판자촌에서 영감을 받았다. 🏠
연결된 집 중간중간에 금 알갱이는 가나의 모래길을 나타내며, 창과 문은 아딩크라 기호로 디자인해 가나와의 연결성을 강화시킨다.

Papaya(pawpaw) and pineapple is a common fruit consumed by the locals. The collaboration of two fruits arranged symmetrically gives a tropical feel as well as a balanced image. The additional Adinkra symbols and leaves combined with the colors makes the image lively.

The colour palette for the postcard was directly inspired from Ghana flag formed with 4 beautiful colour combination.

The Ghana National Flag was designed by Mrs. T. S Okoh, a Ghanaian, to replace the flag of the United Kingdom upon the attainment of independence in 1957.The flag of Ghana consists of the colours red, gold and green in horizontal stripes with a five pointed black star in the centre of the gold stripe.
Red represents the blood of those who died in the country's struggle for independence.
Gold represents the mineral wealth of the country. Also Ghana was once called “Gold Coast” for this reason.
Green symbolises the country's rich forests.
The Black Star stands for the lodestar of African Freedom and emancipation.

엽서에 사용된 4가지 색은 가나 국기에서 가져온 색 조합이다.

가나 국기는 1957년 독립과 동시에 영국의 국기를 대체하기 위해 가나 사람인 T. S. Okoh 여사에 의해 고안되었다. 가나의 국기는 가로 줄무늬의 빨간색, 금색, 초록색과 금색 줄무늬의 중앙에 뾰족한 검은색 별이 있다.
빨간색은 나라의 독립 투쟁에서 죽음을 맞이한 사람들의 피를 상징한다
금은 가나의 광물 자산을 상징한다. 이러한 이유로 가나라 불리기 이전에는 “금빛 해안”이라는 이름으로 불리기도 했었다.
녹색은 가나의 풍요로운 숲을 상징한다.
