The company was founded on October 27, 2013, by Mr Benjamin Yankey popularly known as Yankee with a Facebook name as Bennymack Warknock, and officiated on Facebook on December 25, 2014. The company takes its name from Piety the quality of being religious or reverent. L.O.M markets its products under its own brand. In addition to manufacturing T-Shirts and Joggers, the company operates retail stores under Loyalty Over Money name with the highly recognized trademarks of "L.O.M" logo.
