In April 2025, acquired a two-storey commercial property at Lakeside, opposite Waakye Supreme, to serve as our new headquarters. The building, though structurally sound, was in a highly dilapidated state with little to no functioning infrastructure.
This presented us with a unique opportunity not just to renovate, but to intentionally redesign the space to align with our long-term vision and operational needs.
Over time, we recognized how limited space had restricted our ability to expand product categories, scale globally, establish a stronger operational system and structure, streamline processes, build incremental brand value, boost employee confidence, and consistently deliver excellence in product quality and turnaround time. This new property marks a strategic shift toward removing those limitations.
The facility offers approximately 200sqm of internal workspace across two levels, complemented by an additional 200sqm of surrounding compound space providing room for growth, structure, and innovation.
To bring this vision to life, we engaged to oversee the civil works, structural restructuring, renovations, interior design, and the complete transformation of the building. The project spanned nine months, from April to December 2025.
