Miss Democracy is aimed at promoting peace and political tolerance among the people of Ghana, Africa and the world as a whole. It aims also at nurturing confidence in ladies with the view to developing and advancing Female leadership in the Country, both in the Political arena and in corporate setting. This should attract a lot of national interest and the pageant will become a very effective tool
for sensitizing the nation on the ideals and principles of democracy, peace and tolerance. As part of its regulations to ensure that its objectives are effectively met, there will be restrictions to comments and actions that can whip up disputes among parties. In this document is a detailed roadmap for the ex*****on of Miss Democracy, First Edition. MD Pageant will be an annual event and for its launch or first edition, it will be a two week event. However, subsequent years will witness the inclusion of extra features, which will be developed and integrated into event in order to raise it to its zenith.
