We get asked this question a lot. Doctors and nutritionists advice waiting till at least baby is 17 weeks or 4 months. If you can, wait till baby is 6 months. The general rule is to look out for signs that baby is ready for solids and this happens between 4 months and 6 months. For some it even takes longer. Let baby guide you. We’ll talk more about signs to look out for in our next post.
