Η Αλεξάνδρα Καψάλα γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στην Ελλάδα.
Σπούδασε Σχέδιο Μόδας (BA Fashion) στο Central Saint Martin’s School of Art and Design και Eνδυματολογία (MA Costume Design for Performance) στο London College of Fashion στο Λονδίνο.
Δούλεψε στον Alexander McQueen, τον Giles Deacon και την Roksanda, στη Βασιλική Όπερα του Λονδίνου και σε διάφορες θεατρικές παραστάσεις (Phantom of the Opera, B

at out of Hell, Harry Potter κα).
Προηγούμενες συλλογές της έχουν παρουσιαστεί στο Λούβρο στο Παρίσι και έχουν εμφανιστεί σε περιοδικά όπως Vogue UK, Grazia, The Sunday Times Style, The Telegraph, Fabulous magazine, Glamour, Metro, Evening Standard κα
