If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as products that are intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items and gift cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof
of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Exchanges are done for similar items or items of equal or higher value. Non-returnable conditions are:

* Personal care and intimate items including intimate articles of clothing (all sales are final).
* White clothing and sale items (all sales are final).
* Knowingly purchasing out of your size and/or contrary to the guide provided.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after initial delivery.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Exchanges are done first based on inventory before a refund is issued. Refunds are not issued for the following reasons:

* Any other condition that is no fault of Haus of Olive. Shipping and handling fees are strictly non-refundable. You are required to pay your own shipping fees for returns, exchanges and refunds. Reasons for refunds:
* Damage to product during shipping.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. With regards to exchange of sale items, we only replace items if they were received defective or damaged. If needs be you can exchange it for the same item providing sale item is still in stock. SHIPPING
To return your product, you should make contact with us via the method you initially contacted us to purchase your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If initially you had received free shipping during purchasing and you have to return or exchange an item you will be required to pay the shipping cost for that transaction. COLOR DISCLAIMER
