Customers have up to seven (7) days to return non-defective items and said items must be unused, not tampered with, and in their original package. A 10% restocking fee would be charged when the item has been returned, as well as a delivery fee. The process for returning items:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, consumer must have sufficient proof of purchase. Message should be sent via the same mean such as whatsapp or facebook messenger when the previous transaction was made. Items returned should be unused, untampered with and in its original packaging. Delivery is made possible at an additional cost apart from the cost of the items displayed and the cost varies depending on the location of customer.
