We never promise that every stain will come out. We assess, we treat, and we do our best to give your garment the best possible result.
And sometimes, we say NO to a stain removal treatment.

What We See in the Laundry Room: STAIN REMOVAL EDITION.

From our real experience, after stain removal treatment, 3 things can happen:

1️. The stain is removed, completely gone.
2️. The stain gets lighter, a noticeable improvement, but some of it remains.
3️. The stain doesn’t change, some stains are simply too set or have permanently affected the fabric.

That’s why we never promise that every stain will come out. We assess, we treat, and we do our best to give your garment the best possible result.
And sometimes, we say NO to a stain removal treatment.

Why? Because we know that treatment may not give you the result you’re hoping for or could risk damaging the garment.

We’d rather be honest than make a promise we can’t keep.
