– No exchange or refund.
所有貨品不設退換或退款。
– Delivery takes approximately 14–21 working days (excluding weekends and Korean public holidays). In some cases, delivery may take longer depending on supplier conditions.
貨期一般為 14 至 21 個工作天（不包括週末及韓國假期），但視乎供應情況，有機會延遲，敬請見諒。
– Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — even if the wait is longer than expected.
訂單一經確認，恕不接受更改或取消，即使等候時間較預期長亦不設例外。
– Some Korean suppliers do not provide detailed sizing information. Customers are advised to consider carefully before placing an order.
部分韓國供應商不提供詳細尺寸資料，請顧客自行判斷是否合適再決定是否下單。
– No urgent or express orders.
恕不接受急單。
– Actual product colour may vary due to lighting or screen settings.

– After payment, please provide a payment slip, full name, contact number, and delivery address.
付款後請提供入數證明、姓名、聯絡電話及完整地址。
– All face masks and skincare products are non-returnable. Packaging may be dented during delivery — please order only if acceptable.

– Combined orders of clothing and skincare items will be shipped together with free delivery.
