🚨 重要公告：因電力故障導致交貨期延誤通知 🚨

各位貴客：

我們位於香港的製作室及寫字樓於 8 月 18 日（星期二）早上約 10 點遭遇突發性停電，整棟大廈電力中斷，導致工場被迫暫停運作。

經過專業電工連續四天的全力緊急搶修及更換損壞零件，大廈電力已於今天 8 月 21 日（星期五）下午全面恢復正常。

由於工場停工四天，所有在本店訂做的客戶訂單交貨日期將會有所延誤。待工場師傅於下星期一（8 月 24 日）上班後，我們將會全力趕工並陸續起貨。對於是次突發事件帶來的種種不便，我們深感抱歉！衷心感謝大家的體諒與包容。🙏

Delivery Delay Due to Power Outage 🚨

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be informed that our Hong Kong workshop and office experienced a sudden, building-wide power failure at approximately 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. This unexpected incident forced a temporary halt to all our production operations.

Thanks to emergency electrical support and four days of round-the-clock repairs to replace the damaged components, power was fully restored this afternoon, Friday, August 21, 2026.

Due to the four-day operational shutdown, the delivery dates for all custom orders will be delayed. Our production team will return to work next Monday, August 24, 2026, and we will fulfill all orders in sequence as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this unforeseen disruption may cause and deeply appreciate your patience and understanding. 🙏
