室內暖水池水溫大概有28-30度 所以即使年紀細既小朋友係上堂既過程都唔會覺得凍~

呢位小朋友係我地三歲半既學生 佢第一次挑戰潛落水深1.4米既地方執玩具 雖然一開始佢好驚 但經過教練既鼓勵同教導 佢已經掌握到竅門 而且仲表現出好自信既笑容😊

The indoor heated pool has a water temperature of around 28–30°C, so even very young children won’t feel cold at all during the lesson.

This little one is our 3.5-year-old student. It was his first time attempting to dive down to a depth of 1.4 meters to pick up toys. Although he was really scared at the start, with the coach’s encouragement and guidance, he managed to master the technique — and he even showed a really confident smile 😊
