2) 當找到心儀貨品後，Send Inbox Message
‧ 訂購貨品 - 約於 7-10 個工作天到港
‧ 現貨貨品 - 約於 1 個工作天內發貨
(溫馨提示: 如訂單內包含了現貨及訂購貨品，我們會等待貨品全部到齊先發貨)

(溫馨提示: 所有訂單一經付款確認後，我們會立即向韓國供應商訂購。凡已付款的訂單，恕不能對貨品內容作出任何修改或增減。因此，請客戶在付款前仔細覆核訂單內容)
3）銀行過數
請於付款後 send inbox message 同提供銀行入數通知書。
確認收到付款後,，我地立即處理您的訂單。
當訂單內全部貨品抵港後，我們會根據你提供既地址用順豐速遞發貨。


~不可退換商品 / 退款的情況～
Scenarios that goods are NOT returnable / refundable

1) 因發貨時間太長為由要求退 Delivery time is too long.
2) 以個別貨品斷貨為由要求全額退款 Partial commodities are out of stock and request for a full amount of refund.
3) 以貨品無吊牌、無標籤為由要求退款 No tag or label on commodities.
4) 以訂貨後不能更改顏色、款式、尺寸為由要求退款Amendment on color, style and size after the order confirmation.
5) 貨品有洗滌過的痕跡 (因商品均從韓國訂購，故洗滌過的韓國一概不受理)The goods have already been washed ( washed goods will not be accepted by Korean suppliers for return).
6) 超過本公司提供的退貨要求期限 (須在簽收貨品後24小時內) 。 After the eligible return period (related problems have to be reported within 24 hours upon receipt of goods).
7) 因會員主觀原因，如：極小污點、小線頭、皮質商品掉小污點、電腦顯示造成的色差、質料比想像中的差、尺寸不適合、穿上身不好看等。Subjective reasons like: little stains, piling, small spots on the leather goods, the color difference caused by computer display setting , materials is not as good as expected, unfit size, not good looking after fitting etc..
8) 根據每部電腦顯示屏之調節不同，會導致會員個人對圖片和顏色的判斷有所偏差。With different setups on computer displays, members will have difference judgment on a same color.
9) 由於尺寸測量方式不同，而導致褲子 / 裙子類商品的臀圍誤差較大。Hip size on pants / dress could vary due to different measurement method.
10) 在進行退貨核實時發現，為了退換貨而進行的人為破壞。 Man-made destruction for returning goods.
11) 會員提供的貨品質量圖片屬於初步審核，如果本公司收到貨品時與會員提供的照片不符，並在不屬於退換貨基本原則內，我們將不作退貨處理。Actual conditions of returned goods is different from the photos provided to us for preliminary assessment on eligibility for goods return.
12) 棉質貨品由於試穿後可能會有變形，所以不能完全按照網站上尺寸標準要求退換。 Deformed cotton goods due to fitting.
13) 貨品比描述尺碼出現少於4cm 誤差Difference to the size details is less than 4cm tolerance.
14) 退換申請確認後 48小時內，會員仍未寄回需退換之商品。Goods have not returned to us within 48 hours after return application is approved.
15) 顏色較深的貨品掉色，如：時常發生的牛仔布料等...不屬於質量問題。 Color faded out for dark color goods such as denim, which is not counted as a quality problem.
16) 如需本公司去取件方式的退換形式，均不受理。 Request for courier picking up of the returned goods is not accepted.
