4月11日上午，有幸得到香港人摯愛的日本一蘭拉麵株式会社的熱情招待，香港一群老師和學生走進了集團總部，參觀一蘭拉麵中央廚房，以及才開業不久的一蘭拉麵博物館，當然還品嘗了集團為我們準備了限定版豬骨湯拉麵。重點是不用排隊。飯後，集團專人輕鬆地為...

4月11日上午，有幸得到香港人摯愛的日本一蘭拉麵株式会社的熱情招待，香港一群老師和學生走進了集團總部，參觀一蘭拉麵中央廚房，以及才開業不久的一蘭拉麵博物館，當然還品嘗了集團為我們準備了限定版豬骨湯拉麵。
重點是不用排隊。

飯後，集團專人輕鬆地為介紹了一蘭以"Taste Only" 為核心經營做法的理念由來以及集團的全球佈局，非常值得同學們學習。

期待大家同學回到香港后，留意下在一蘭香港分公司的工作機會，最大化這次遊學的得益。

Very glad to have organized our first ever study tour to Fukuoka city, Japan for a group of 22 students and teachers from IVE Haking Wong. We visited Fukuoka Castle to attend Sakura Festival on Day 1. The weather was a bit of cold after but the food available at the Yadai 屋台 was delicious. On Day 2, we had some basic Japanese Language lesson followed by an official introduction of the econmic, social and cultural aspects of Fukuoka city by Fukuoka Prefecture Gov. Official Mr. Higashi, before making our way to Fukuyaふくや which is the leading branded 明太子 Mentaiko manufacturer in Japan. On Day 3, we made it to TOTO LTD. who politely walked us through the entire historical development of Modern Flush Toilets at the TOTO Museum.
