One of the biggest lies our mind tells us is that we will be happy when we get that next best thing, achieve the next best milestone, climb the next biggest mountain….

And when we do…..are we happy?

Maybe we are…for a moment or two. But then what…our mind takes us once again on the happiness seeking never-ending journey.

We go from day-to-day, year -to-year constantly looking for some thing called “Happiness.”

What we don’t realise is that “Happiness” is right here, next to us, in this very moment.

So the next time you are looking for happiness, just take a moment to find joy in what is happening around you. The sun shining on your face, the delicious looking burger in your plate, your child running towards you. Use the power of empathy, curiosity, being purpose-driven or laser focused activation. And even if things are not going your way, find the “gift” in it. Maybe there’s something bigger and better hidden underneath the layers.

Happiness is nothing but feeling positive emotions of love, joy, peace and gratitude.

So are you ready to be happy? Start NOW!
