Established over 30 years ago, the TAL Apparel ('TAL') Management Trainee Program aims at developing our next generation leaders who wish to shape the future of the apparel industry.

We work hard, but we also play hard! From BBQ to Christmas Party, from War Games to VR Experience, there is always something to keep us energized and refreshed!

We enjoy learning with our colleagues too! From calligraphy classes to terrarium workshops, we will never get bored by learning something new.

We also have a tradition to celebrate success with our colleagues! Every year, representatives from all sites around the globe are invited to fly to Hong Kong to join and be presented at Annual Dinner for their outstanding achievements!

Not only do we make profit for our business, but we also work with different social enterprises to organize events such as charity sale at office to make contributions to the society – our people and planet.

Can you imagine that plastic bottles could be turned into garments? Here’s how~

• Used plastic bottles are collected for recycling
• Recycled plastic is dried and shredded into small flakes
• Flakes are melted and extruded into yarn
• Yarn is spun into thread
• Thread is woven into fabric
• Fabric is cut and sewn to create new clothes

We work hard and put great effort into our daily work, but when it comes to party time, we play even harder😁

A covid-safe Christmas party? Yes! We were so lucky to celebrate this end-of-year festival with all our Hong Kong colleagues. Enjoying a wonderful Xmas lunch, participating in several exciting games and an attractive lucky draw, we had a great afternoon!

Anything rewarding for you? We MTs act as an active coordinator, working with different departments to organize this event. From decoration, brainstorming games to hosting, we created a lot of laughter memories✨
