### BANDED WORKOUT ROUTINE #6 - TOTAL BODY - 18 MINUTES

ASSISTED PULLUP
18 minutes is based on 45 seconds Workout with 15 seconds rest. Each Move should be done 3x hopefully with a level up of band resistance. (this can be done by using a thicker band, or by band positioning.)
We are developing a range of self-guiding resistance bands to help motivate and remind more people to work out a little every day.
Demonstrating how all moves can be done in a hotel room or your home effortlessly, standing, seated, and even lying down.
Join Matthew as he shows you how he goes through this upper body workout you can do anywhere such as your home, hotel, or even your office!
