The shift is gradual.

Colder days begin to soften, but the air still carries a chill — a moment where layering becomes essential.

Pieces designed to work together, adjusting naturally between temperatures without excess.
Because transitional weather is not about replacing your wardrobe —
it’s about rethinking how you wear it.

Once a year, alpacas are shorn — marking the beginning of a new fiber cycle.

Over months, their fleece grows gradually, shaped by altitude, climate, and natural conditions. This slow process defines the structure, softness, and performance of the fiber.

Shearing is a necessary part of their care, allowing the animals to remain comfortable while the fiber continues to regenerate.

From one cycle to the next, the material evolves —
growing, adapting, and preparing for what comes next

Conditions change quickly at high altitude.
Cold air, strong sun, shifting temperatures —
an environment that demands balance, not excess.

Alpaca fiber develops within these extremes,
naturally adapting to retain warmth while remaining breathable.

This is what defines its performance.
Sweaters made with alpaca are shaped by those conditions —
designed to insulate without weight, to regulate without effort,
and to move comfortably across different environments.

From altitude to everyday wear, the function remains the same.

Alpacas graze in a way that respects the land.

Unlike other livestock, they feed gently — cutting grass without pulling it from the root. This allows vegetation to regenerate naturally over time.

Their soft-padded feet also reduce impact on the soil, helping preserve the structure of high-altitude grazing areas.
These characteristics are part of what allows alpaca herding to exist in balance with the Andean environment.

A system shaped by coexistence, not extraction.

Every garment starts long before it takes shape.

In workshops across Peru, artisans work with precision — shaping each piece through experience, repetition, and technical understanding of the material.

Knitting is not just a step in production.
It is where structure, density, and performance begin to take form.

What you see here is part of that process —
a moment where fiber becomes fabric.

Across the Andean highlands, alpacas roam freely in high-altitude ecosystems shaped by climate, altitude, and natural cycles.

These conditions influence the development of alpaca fiber — its structure, its insulation, and its performance.

Understanding the material begins with understanding where it comes from.

Production begins with people, materials, and responsibility.

Our garments are developed in Peru through a network of artisans, workshops, and technical teams working with alpaca fiber — one of the most specialized natural fibers in the world.

Fair Trade certification ensures that production follows clear social and environmental standards, supporting stable working conditions and long-term collaboration with communities.

Each piece carries a unique alpaca hangtag, allowing traceability from origin to final product.

Craft, material, and system — connected at every stage.

Defined by material. 🧶
Both pieces are developed in 100% baby alpaca — selected for its softness, thermal performance, and natural resilience.

The sweater is entirely hand knitted, requiring approximately 200 hours of work.
Its openwork structure creates lightness while maintaining warmth.

The headband is produced on manual knitting machines — allowing consistency while preserving a hands-on process.

Both pieces are hand washed and dried naturally, using sun and air. ☀️🌿

Different processes.
One material language.

Across the Andean highlands, alpaca herding has been sustained for generations. 🐑

Knowledge of the land, the herds, and seasonal cycles continues to shape one of the most specialized natural fiber systems in the world.

This expertise has always existed — but not always been integrated into global value chains with the recognition it requires.

Today, more direct collaborations between communities, mills, and brands are creating stronger alignment between origin, material, and final product. 🧶

The result is not only better garments.
It is a more coherent system — where value, knowledge, and production remain connected.

From shepherds to spinners.
From artisans to brands and informed consumers. 🌍
