DOT Haiti (Design Organization and Training) is a vocational training center co-founded by Paula Coles, Donna Karan and Urban Zen Foundation to provide vocation education, preservation of Haiti's culture.
Based in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, DOT is also part of the Ethical Fashion Initiative.

Our wonderful friends and tireless champions, Kara Chauvet and Pavillon Champagne are organizing a Shoe and Book Drive for our students.

Shoes, new or gently worn, are not the “caprice” of a spoiled child. Shoes are essential items that many of our families cannot afford to offer their children. As they prepare to return to school, many of our girls and boys have to wear, worn down hand me downs, shoes belonging to siblings, usually too big, too small, too used and at times too pink.

We also need books! As we are preparing to open our new school library, donated books will sustain our efforts to make education the gateway to knowledge, creativity and empowerment.

We invite you to take a part of this wonderful initiative and share what you can with our students, because It’s Not How Much We Give but How Much Love We Put Into Giving ( Mother Teresa)
