Andalgo
Csikvári Bettina vagyok, szövő, rajztanár, színtanácsadó, és nem utolsó sorban, 4 gyermekes édesanya. Pirók Irén a mesterem, nála végeztem dicsérettel a szövő szakmát 2000-ben, nemcsak a szövés rejtelmeire tanított meg, hanem emberségre, a kézművesség szeretetére is.
2013 óta, Magyarországon elsőként, szövök babahordozókendőket.
Általában adott felvetésekről lehet rendelni egyéni kívánságo
k alapján kendőket.
4 nyüstös szövőszéken készülnek a hagyományos, közkedvelt, színátmenetes felvetések, 16 nyüstös, nagy szövőszéken a bonyolultabb, szinte térbeli minták. Nyüzsgő, sűrű napjaimhoz illenek a kendőim is, szeretem, ha nem kell külön figyelmet fordítani az ápolásukra, többnyire pamut, mosógépben mosható kendőket készítek, melyek akár évtizedeken át is stabilan szolgálják a családot. Kendőim szövése sűrű, 290g/m2 körüli, már kaptam olyan vádat, hogy ilyet nem is lehet kézzel készíteni :-) De, lehet, ehhez el kell mélyedni a szakmában.

Let me introduce myself:
I'm a Hungarian mother. My profession is weaver, and art teacher. Now I have 4 wonderful children, that's why I began to weave baby wraps for myself, then for my family, later other mamas asked me... and AndalGO was born. "andalgó" is a Hungarian word, means 'rambler', walking just for fun. (Now you've learned one word in Hungarian! Hooray!)
And it includes GO, which is international... I'm thankful for finding this word to me to my sister, Syilvia! (who is also a mother of 4 children.) My wraps are individual, custom-built and handwoven, it takes quite long time, but on the other hand makes each wrap special, unique. In my workshop each period is made by human. Warping is made by hand. Weaving is completely handmade also. It is woven with love by me for the family who dreamt it. prices: 60-80euro/meter, depending on the difficulty of weaving.
