Mental health still is a prominent thing around the globe 🌎✨According WHO, it is a basic human-right and an integral component of health and well-being.
Here are some supplications for all of us as a muslims, just because we all know “Allah swt doesn’t burden a man with more than he can bear.”- QS 2:286 and “For indeed, with harship(will be) ease.”-QS 94:5-6.
