In this Craft Series, we had the opportunity to have a conversation with Belinda Luis , co-founder of Pixie Lab (PixieLab) , Genexyz (GENEXYZ) , and WonderLab (WONDERLAB) , to uncover the mindset, philosophies, and experiences that have shaped her journey.
She never really saw herself as a “tech person.” Instead, she always started with the feeling she wanted to give people, with technology simply becoming the way she brought those ideas to life. She is fascinated by the moments when something clicks for a person, when a tool makes life easier or an experience makes them light up.
According to her, the best opportunities rarely look like opportunities at first. They often begin as a small problem no one is paying attention to, or a feeling that something could be better. She has learned to trust that instinct, the quiet “what if,” rather than waiting for permission or proof.
