I used to believe softness made me less of a leader.
That I had to be louder, tougher, sharper—
just to be taken seriously.

But over time, I’ve learned that true leadership isn’t about dominance.
It’s about presence.
It’s about empathy, resilience, and the courage to lead with care.

Softness isn’t a flaw—it’s a force.
And it’s time we stop apologizing for it.

I made Ryse and Shyne because it was lonely to be broken, and even lonelier when everyone tried to fix me in their way.

I didn’t need fixing.
I needed space.
To sit with what hurt.
To not be rushed out of my pain.
To ask questions that didn’t have answers yet.

But the world doesn’t always know how to hold you when you’re not “getting better.”
So I created the kind of space I needed:
A place where being in process is enough.
Where softness is strength.
Where we rise, but not before we’re ready.
And where we shine, not despite our pain, but because we’ve made meaning through it.

Talk therapy is powerful.
But healing doesn’t always start with words.

Sometimes, your body knows first, through breath, stillness, shaking, or motion.

Your nervous system remembers what your mind can’t always explain.
And healing often begins in sensation, not conversation.

This is for the days when your mind is loud,
and your body is whispering.

You don’t have to figure it all out.
You just have to feel it, and let it move through.

That it came from being impressive, polished, admired.
But the more I chased validation, the more disconnected I felt from myself.

Quietly, I started unlearning.
I began asking: What if confidence didn’t need to perform?
What if it could be soft—rooted, not borrowed?

This new era of my life isn’t about applause.
It’s about alignment.
It’s about showing up grounded, whole, and true to myself—even when no one’s watching.
