If you have strong leadership and excellent at managing people, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Leader to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines.

Scope:
- Lead and motivate a team of production to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Criteria :
- Have either previous industry experience or diploma/degree education in Fashion Industry
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Have good communication skills and leadership
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of enthusiasm in Japanese Culture is a bonus.
- Last drawn salary and expected salary in your resume is optional but preferred
