Reality of running a fashion brand. This vendor stopped paying our invoices since March 2025. We sent out 2 orders last year total of $500 and we still never get our payment. The agreement was to pay 3 months post delivery. The customer has already paid the orders and money is being kept for their own company. They lied and shut down their shop website.

There are several other brands that we know who have not been paid longer than us.

There are more than thousands of invoices from designers around the world who have not been paid. It is absurd to see this fake industry giant who claimed to be designer go-to platform for connection to owe money to small brands and business. Their connection platform is also no longer free to use, there is membership fee. If you look at trustpilot, they even refused to refund the customers. What kind of world do they live in?

Right now we have no timeline if we are ever going to get paid. We have reached out to BBB and fashion media platform to spread awareness about this issue. But there is no reply. Please if you have anyone who is working in law enforcement or US ecommerce law, send me details.
