Hallo dear friends❤️
Yesterday was my birthday, a beautiful day of presence and celebration of simplicity.
I asked my self what did I learn from 43 years (😳🤪) of journey inside this precious and much appreciated physical body, dealing with different relationships, emotions, responsibilities, grief, success, apologies, forgiveness and travelling...
This are my humble lessons through my journey.
🖤Every single day feel grateful for being alive, life is not granted.
🖤Say always I love you to your loved ones, don't get to busy or tired till you forget (humans, animals, plants...doesn't matter, you know who you love).
🖤If you realise you did a mistake or you did hurt someone feelings, even if time has passed, reach out and say "I am sorry", this is not weakness, this is strength. We become more aware during the journey and few years later we may see things that before we couldn't.
🖤Trust your gut and your intuition, you will never mistake and you may save time, tears and regrets.
🖤Between something that feels easy and sometimes that feels challenging, choose the challenge...this is the way we grow.
🖤Leave places and people in a better state than they were before you arrived. Be a contribution on people lives, animals lives and lands you walk into.
🖤Make peace with your roots, learn to forgive your family and ancestors for their human mistakes and reconcile with the power of your lineage.
🖤Be kind, be humble and don't judge others, you just don't know their journey.
🖤When you give, offer or donate something, do that uniquely from your heart, don't tell around and then forget about it.
🖤Love and treat your self, you deserve it.
🖤When life gets hard, smile...at least you don't become ugly😉.
🖤Make plans but be always ready to change them if necessary, that's probably a gift from the universe.
🖤Be honest, transparent and committed to your choices.
I believe there is more, but I think is enough for sharing... Definitely there is more to learn, and I am fully awake and ready to step into my 44th year of this adventure.
Much love to all of you dear ones🌺🤗
