Young jackfruit vegetables.
Peel young jackfruit, remove the middle, wash and cut into pieces.
Boil until soft. Remove and wash.
Saute ground spices, shallots, garlic, coriander, candlenuts, ginger, turmeric.
Add bay leaves, lemongrass and galangal.
Add young jackfruit, add a little water, brown sugar, salt and seasoning.
Stir briefly, add coconut milk. Wait until the sauce reduces.
Ready to be served with chili sauce shrimp paste.
