Where to even begin … Wednesday night was WILD 🥹
A massive thank you to everyone that came to the launch of ‘Mid Air’. Never did I expect the turnout to be this packed and ngl I have never seen so much top stitching worn on so many different bodies in one space.
There are so many people thank, that goes beyond even the clothing. A massive thank you to my studio team and seamstresses for making the product come to life and for believing in my vision. This event was months in the working and it wouldn’t have been possible without the immense support from Orchard Thieves WILD, so a big thank you to Hilary, Anna and all the team for seeing something special in my work and wanting to celebrate it in such a cool and unique space at Drury Buildings Loft Space. Big love to Niamh, Lucy and Steve at Thinkhouse for amplifying and curating such a great guest list that would celebrate both brands. An enormous thank you to Louise Cantillon for really making me feel at ease during our panel chat.. you are honestly a pro , forever grateful to you! To the other Colin, at Care of Creatives for making the night run so seamlessly, while keeping that needed calmness so thank you for your support! Thank you Hire Love for the plinths!
To be honest, I knew that although it was an ambitious project to hold a showroom, showcase, panel discussion and mini music event all in one space but without the creatives behind the scenes and the DJ’s commitment it just wouldn’t be possible.
Thank you to my opening act, Efa O Neill for setting the tone of the night and for my closing act Karen Reddy for having us all on the floor (and being kicked out of the space lol jk)… And of course, did we have the best time singing every word to the most streamed Irish female Artist in the world… JAZZY! I can’t thank you enough for taking the time from your busy schedule to perform on Wednesday night… It really was an iconic moment! Thank you Mark ❤️ NHO for hosting talent , Lisa May, Tropical Popical, Conor Diggin, Kevin Owens, Donna Deniro, Sia, Elaine Cruz , Tray my friends, family and customers!
