Nothing like crashing about in the waves to overcome the overwhelm of September . I feel as a mother or parent this month can be so hard . Between all the financial outlays , hoping kids get the points they need, the classes they want, the friendships they need. Beginning a new term can be overwhelming for kids and trying to manage that can be tough if we are overwhelmed. Daily good habits such as sea swims , excercise outside , connect with friends keep us strong . It’s good to keep it real and keep talking . Happy Friday 🙏🏼
