My name is Katrina, and first and foremost I am a mother, and I know all too well, what it was like to take steps into a new way of living, and new mindset. Life gets in the way; priorities overtake us, and we forget to make time for ourselves.

I have always been a fitness nut doing various different outs over the years and was always looking for something new to keep it interesting. Then about 4 years ago I discovered barre and was instantly hooked! Its like no other work out method out there and i adore the blend of ballet Pilates & yoga! I just love it!!

I want to help you take the revolutionary next step in the evolution of wellness, foundation training and fitness! Expand your vision, with a mindful practise to awaken the new you! Are you ready for the challenge?

Hello And Welcome To My Little Goody Box!
Our aim is to provide you with lovable, high quality and affordable toys to entertain and engage your baby in learning through play! You'll find award winning sensory toys alongside parent approved baby sensory boxes for you and your baby to explore together. As your little one gets a little older we have a great selection of beautiful wooden toys, including puzzles, games and role play toys for children aged up to 3 years old. Run by two mums who have used many of the toys we sell with our own children, we are confident you and your little one will love what you find!

Meet the lovely Tinzi's team tomorrow at North London Family Fest.

Hi I’m Tinaz,

Local mum of 3 and Co-Founder of Tinzi’s.

Welcome to our Curiously Colourful world of striking sensory blankets and muslins, guided by the science of colour to nurture curiosity in young developing minds!

It’s a myth that infants can only see in black and white… so with over 15 years in clinical and human performance research with Russel Group universities and the Institute of Child Health, Tinzi’s has enabled me to bring together my passions of early years development, making science accessible to all through beautiful sustainable textiles.

We are a Slow Fashion, handmade London baby brand that’s daring to be different. We create stylish blankets and muslins that purposefully harness the science of colour to nurture infant curiosity and help support development and a love of learning through visual exploration and play.

If you love colour and looking for something a bit different, drop by, say hello and take a look at our current season of prints. We are Slow Fashion, which means our stock is limited, once it’s gone it gone. So if you love it, grab it!

Meet the lovely team from Hey Baby 4D Enfield

At Hey Baby 4D Enfield, we aim to provide you with a choice of scanning packages to suit all stages of your pregnancy. Whether you’re looking for reassurance, a bonding experience with your baby, finding out the gender, or a 4D scan, you can count on us to make it a magical experience! Bring up to 5 guests (including children) to your appointment and make this a day to remember for your family too!

Our brand-new purpose-built clinic has been designed with you in mind; we have a dedicated waiting area with comfortable seating options and a fully accessible bathroom with baby changing facilities. Our scanning room is modern and has plenty of comfortable seating for your guests – we even have a little surprise in store for those of you wanting to find out the gender of your baby!

Located on Green Lanes in Winchmore Hill, our clients come from all over North and East London. The clinic is easily accessible via the A10, A406 and the M25 from areas in Enfield, Barnet, Haringey and Waltham Forest boroughs. There is a car park nearby and we also have on-street parking directly outside the clinic. Most roads around our clinic are free to park too, but please check for restrictions. We are on some of the main bus routes in North London and the Winchmore Hill train station is a few minutes walk away.

We have sadly had to make a last min change to our bouncy castle plans, but this does mean that we'll be offering each child 1 free 10 min bounce (subsequent bounces will be charged at £1) The bouncy castle will be up all day long in the Sports Hall so plenty of time to play!

Thanks to Bubbles Bounce and Play for helping us with this awesome bouncy castle.

The weather is looking potentially a bit iffy tomorrow, but fear not we are weather-proof!

The majority of our stalls are indoors in the huge spacious main hall and we have a rainy day back up plan for pretty much everything else should we need it.
