Scented car diffuser is made with natural soy base oil and fragrance oils. Comes in a decorated glass bottle that can be hung on the rear view mirror or clipped on the vent grill by adding a special clip. It releases scents through its wooden cork when you saturate it with oils inside the bottle by tilting it as per instructions .
