Baby yoga is not only for our babies.. it’s for mammy too. 🤍
A gentle space to exhale.
To slow the mind, soften the pressure, and step away from the endless mental lists and worries about tomorrow that motherhood can so easily bring.
Through breath work, movement, stillness, and connection, we give ourselves permission to pause and simply be present, with our babies and with ourselves.
Because motherhood asks so much of us, and somewhere between caring for everyone else, we often forget to care for ourselves too.
This class is a reminder that you matter as well.💞
Your breath matters.
Your calm matters.
Your wellbeing matters.
As poet Jessica Urlichs beautifully writes:
“You are not ‘just’ a mother.
You are someone’s safety, someone’s home, someone’s whole world.”
