The type of birth you have can impact your breastfeeding journey.

Babies born via c-section can have more difficulty breastfeeding.

The time post birth is really important.

🤱 Plenty of skin to skin
🤱 Offer your baby the b**b
🤱 Get assistance if you dont know what to do
🤱 Hand express so baby can be helped to latch

If your health professional doesn't know you want to breastfeed, you more than likely won't be enabled too.

Please have these conversations at your appointments.

I hear so many mums say, il try it and see what happens.

If you really want to breastfeed, you have to actively make it happen.
