It's hard to believe that it's just a year since my breast cancer diagnosis.
In some ways it feels like it didn't actually happen (until I look in the mirror 😮) and in other ways the experience seems so fresh in my mind.
I'm so lucky for so many reasons:
- I caught it early
- I have health insurance
- I live near the hospital
- I'm healthy
- I live in a country free of war and conflict where there is access to medical care
Now more than ever I appreciate all these things and take nothing for granted.
I'm doing another round of fund raising for the Irish Cancer Society with my 'I'm Making Lemonade' sweatshirts and hoodies. 50% of profits go directly to the charity.
I'd really appreciate a share of this post - I raised €700 from sales at last December and it would be great to do that and more again.

It's hard to believe that it's just a year since my breast cancer diagnosis.
In some ways it feels like it didn't actually happen (until I look in the mirror 😮) and in other ways the experience seems so fresh in my mind.

I'm always getting asked about stain removal - I've perfected the practice over the years so rather than typing up long-winded emails and text messages, I thought I'd put together a 'how to' video.
