I’m back after having taken what feels like an age to actually get somethings made and finished! Is this not just the coziest jumper you’ve ever seen 😻 although with the weather we’re having lately, I’m not sure how much I’ll be wearing this! we’ve been blessed with some lovely sun which has been lovely but knowing Ireland, it won’t last 😅

I’m loving the colour combo on this, especially the small blue stripe over the shoulders too! It’s so oversized and squishy it’s like wearing a hug if that was even possible

I made myself one of these washcloths last week and I’m so glad I did - I’ve used it every day since making it and it’s so nice to use in the shower to wash my body but it’s also fab for washing my face too!
I’ve also made up a set of cotton rounds which are perfect for removing makeup 💄
I’ve made this set using leftover cotton yarn in my stash which explains the mixed colours and the lack of uniformity but I also love the way the colours look!

I made a top!! 👕

When I started to crochet, I decided I wanted to make myself something to wear. I ended up settling on a jumper and got to work on it, although it ended up taking me months to finish it. It was supposed to be long sleeved but I ran out of yarn and it was out of stock so I had a bit of a play around and made it in to a short sleeved top instead!

I learned a lot making this and although I made a lot of mistakes through this and it’s nothing at all like the pattern, I’m still really happy with how it turned out and I’m excited to make myself some more clothes in the future 🧶

As much as I don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day, I’m having fun using it as an excuse to use some lovely pinks and reds! I’ve whipped up some valentines inspired cup cozies and I have to say, the speckled one on the bottom is my favourite 😍
