The Arnotts Cooking Club is back!
In Episode 2, TV chef Erica Drum joins us in our Miele Kitchen at the new World of Home destination to create a fresh and vibrant Summer Green Pasta with Courgette, Peas, Lemon & Stracciatella.
Ready in just 20 minutes and serving 4, this easy summer recipe is packed with seasonal flavour and perfect for weeknight cooking.
Recipe:
• 300g rigatoni, fusilli or other short pasta
• 2 large courgettes
• 250g frozen peas
• 3 garlic cloves, finely sliced
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 50g parmesan, finely grated
• Small bunch basil
• Small bunch parsley
• 200g stracciatella
• Salt and black pepper
• Pistachios or pine nuts, for garnish
